These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your utilization of the electronic mandate (“e-Mandate”) service provided by LSD Prestamo Sdn. Bhd. (“the Corporation”, “LSD Prestamo”). By completing the e-Mandate form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Disclosure of Information:

You acknowledge that the information provided in the e-Mandate form will be disclosed or released to LSD Prestamo, the Corporation’s bank, and the direct debit operator for the purpose of facilitating direct debit collections.

2. Insufficient Funds:

In the event that your account has insufficient funds to fulfil a direct debit payment instruction, you agree that a fee or charge may be levied against your account. You further authorize the bank to debit such fees or charges from your account.

3. Accuracy of Information:

You confirm that you have verified the accuracy and correctness of the details provided in the e-Mandate form. You understand and acknowledge the content and scope of the services provided therein.

4. Declaration of Information:

You declare that all information provided in the e-Mandate form is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

5. Acceptance of Terms:

By completing the e-Mandate form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

6. Authorization Duration:

This direct debit authorization will remain in force until terminated by you with prior written notice sent tothe Corporation’s bank or LSD Prestamo.

7. Authorization for Debit:

You authorize the bank to debit your account for direct debit payments, including relevant transaction fees or charges not payable by LSD Prestamo.

8. Amendments to Terms:

LSD Prestamo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on LSD Prestamo Sdn. Bhd.’s website or other relevant platforms.
